Much like your actual domain name in a virtual sense, the physical geography of your hosting server is critically important to the overall performance of your website. In order to provide the best possible speed, reliability, and connectivity for our customers, we maintain servers in two distinct US-based data centers, located in Dallas, Texas, and Dearborn, Michigan.
Both of our data centers boast high-performance, carrier-neutral networks, as well as provide all the security, amenities, and redundancy that you’d expect. Many of the features of our data centers are listed below:
68,000 square feet of raised floor
SSAE 16 SOC 1 audited facility
300lbs/square foot leads
Single tenant, single-story building
Redundant HVAC with Liebert air handlers
Each CRAC unit supported by independent roof mounted condenser
Contains a fully redundant, 2N architecture for high density applications
11.1 MW power capacity
Onsite fuel with over 50,000 gallons capacity
Power-to-space ratio of 250 watts/square foot
2n power through four (4) autonomous power plants
Six (6) backup diesel generators on standby
Generators tested weekly and routinely run at full load
Security and Support
24x7x365 on-site support technicians

We are committed to limiting our environmental impact while speeding up development of a more sustainable, low-carbon, renewable energy economy. What does this mean to our customers? They can rest easy knowing that for every kilowatt hour of electricity used to host their website, an additional one and one-half kilowatt hours of electricity is generated by wind power and delivered to the power grid. We know that our data centers use a lot of electricity, and we have promised to match 150 percent of the electricity we use with renewable energy, or Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). It’s a big commitment, but we know it’s worth it.
Our commitment last year was estimated to have sequestered carbon from 1,140 acres of U.S. forests or removed 293 vehicles from the road.
We guarantee that your website and services that directly affect its display to the Internet (such as HTTP or MySQL) will be accessible 99.9% of the time in any given calendar month. If Bluby fails to meet its uptime guarantee, you will be issued a credit equivalent to one (1) day of service per forty five (45) minutes downtime. The first 45 minutes (or 0.1%) of downtime per month are not counted towards any credit and the maximum credit available is one (1) month of service.
